IMPERIAL VEER RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

1. GENERAL POLICY

 

At Imperial Veer, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

2.1 Timeframe

- Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

2.2 Condition

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

- Items must include all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity.

 

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made or personalized jewellery

- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

- Sale or clearance items

- Gift cards

 

3. RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

 

3.1 Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Contact our customer service team at contact@imperialveer.com.au to request a return or exchange authorization.

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

 

3.2 Shipping Your Return

- Once your return or exchange is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the return authorization form.

- Affix the return shipping label to the package and drop it off at the nearest post office or shipping facility.

 

4. REFUNDS

 

4.1 Processing Time

- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.

- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

 

4.2 Refund Method

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

5. EXCHANGES

 

5.1 Exchange Process

- If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the new item you would like in your return request.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

 

5.2 Shipping Costs for Exchanges

- We will cover the shipping costs for the first exchange per order. Any subsequent exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.

 

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

 

6.1 Reporting Defects or Damage

- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at contact@imperialveer.com.au.

- Provide your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and photographs if possible.

 

6.2 Resolution

- We will arrange for the return of the defective or damaged item and provide a replacement or store credit, including any shipping costs.
